I was asked recently about my passion. I had to think about it for a minute, then I blurted out “it’s building science!” that sounds kind of geeky huh? Yes, it’s true, I take building code compliance courses for fun.
Serving as the Director of Engineering for multiple Hospitality ownership groups has given me the opportunity to inspect some of New England’s most iconic properties. its been a history lesson as the buildings ranged in age from over 100 years old to brand new construction. I have seen it all.
I get excited about The process, helping people find problems and avoid surprises is my superpower! many years in the trades have given me knowledge that only time in the field can generate, let’s exploit that. Having created an excellent reputation as a general contractor and in the hospitality industry, I offer my inspection services to you.
